Content strategy and topical clusters

Not a 'list of topics', but a model: pillar page for a broad query + cluster subarticles for long-tail + interlinking between them.

06Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a topical cluster?

It's a pillar page for a broad query (e.g. 'SEO services') + 5–15 linked subarticles on narrow queries ('SEO audit', 'on-page SEO', 'keyword research') that link to the pillar. Such structure ranks better than scattered articles because it shows Google topical depth.

How do you choose topics?

Three sources: (1) search demand from search engines; (2) competitor analysis — which topics they cover; (3) business logic — questions asked in sales calls. We consolidate into clusters and prioritize by traffic potential × commercial value.

What's included in the deliverable?

A strategy document: cluster map, prioritized topic list for 6–12 months, article templates (structure, keywords, H2/H3, CTA), editorial calendar and internal linking recommendations.
